• Signage with anti-Covid measures and indications throughout the hotel;
• Signage for entry and exit routes;
• Signage for elevator use;

• Specific protocol for each department to which our staff must comply;

Sanitation & Security
To the daily cleaning of all areas of the hotel, we have added measures such as:
• Frequent ventilation of common areas and rooms
• Sanitizing of air filters and cleaning of air conditioning machines according to current legislation required for COVID-19
• Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces several times a day, with particular attention to objects that are touched more often such as elevator buttons, handrails, switches, door
handles
• Sanitizing of rooms at each departure
• Use of masks and gloves by cleaning staff
• Constant staff training regarding new provisions for COVID-19
• Staff with self-certification declaring daily absence of body temperature above 37.5/C \ 99.5 F degrees
• Availability of sanitizing gel dispenser at the entrance / exit of the hotel, in the common areas and at the entrance of the toilets, restaurants and breakfast rooms
Social distancing measures
• Minimum social distance required of 1 mt. \ 3.2 foot, unless guests belong to the same family group or are sharing the same room.
• Guests always have to wear a mask in indoor public spaces. In outdoor public areas only if they cannot guarantee the above-mentioned social distance requirement.
• Staff always have to wear a mask including serving food and drinks at the guests.
• Tables for breakfast rooms and restaurant rooms located to guarantee the social distance of 1 mt \ 3.2 feet between guests. Unless they are part of the same family group or
sharing the same room.
• Breakfast is served at the tables or in your room at no additional cost with the utmost care and attention to hygiene rules.
Security measures for our team
• Avoid handshakes, kisses on the cheeks and hugs
• We often wash our hands, use disinfectant and encourage our guests to do the same;
• Availability of sanitizing gel dispenser;
• Training courses for personnel on safety procedures;
• Presence of a Covid Manager, guarantor of the application of security protocols;
• Sanitizing of offices once a day, of tactile instruments frequently and of the workplace at the end of each shift;
• Sanitizing of changing rooms and back offices once a day;
• Sanitizing once a day of the elevators

We kindly ask you to communicate your identification document and billing information prior to your arrival in order to make check-in and checkout as quickly as possible.
Information during the stay
Each guest will be provided with "Customer information" with hygiene / health and behavioral rules for limiting the risk of infection.

In order to protect the health of people inside the structure and ensure the health of the environment, we inform you that we have taken some precautionary measures, as required by current regulations.
In implementation of these measures, we inform you that entry is not allowed:
• if you test positive for Covid-19, or are still undergoing quarantine,
• if you have a fever (over 37.5 °) or other flu symptoms.
In the event of the onset of these symptoms after your arrival at the hotel, you must promptly notify the company manager, taking care to stay inside your room or in the place indicated by our staff, wear a mask and keep adequate distance from the people present.
Entering the structure You undertake to respect all the provisions of the Authorities and the company rules, and in particular to maintain the safety distance, wear the mask when necessary, observe the rules of hand hygiene and maintain correct hygiene behaviors.
